GLOBAL GARDEN PROGRAM FOR PRESCHOOL AGES
Monday through Friday: 8:15:00AM -12:15PM
|
Families with small children ages one year through
four years are invited to come and check out our program
for young children.
Global Garden is an extension ministry of UCC and fosters a
belief in God. Children from infants through four years of
age may attend. Our curriculum is developed on a thematic
basis and is steeped in biblical principles.
Academic and readiness skills are necessary to have a positive
and successful formal school experience are stressed.

Children's Chapel is held every Wednesday morning
at 9:00AM with Rev Betty Crowell.
(known as Ms Betty to the children).The staff is dedicated to
excellence in preschool education and is very loving in their
teaching approach.

Vacation Bible School -
3 yrs - 6th grade
|

This program is held from 9:00AM - 12:00 noon the last week
of January. UCC along with other churches in the community
share the leadership. Children spend a full week learning
Bible stories, enjoying arts and crafts, and making beautiful
music. Games and recreation are also part of this fun week
where children rotate through five different learning sites.
The program is enhanced with teen leaders who lead their age
group through the various activities of the day.

Easter Egg Hunt
Children from the Community between the ages of 1 and 10 years
are invited to the annual UCC Easter Egg Hunt scheduled for
Palm Sunday week-end!
Activities include an egg hunt, a visit from the Easter Bunny,
special stories, egg dying and other Easter crafts .

Christmas Gift Making Workshop
|
 |
Children are invited to this workshop the
1st Saturday in December to make Christmas gifts
for their parents. Children need to register for
this program in advance, so adequate gift making
materials can be purchased.
Adult and Teen volunteers
oversee the various project projects lending a hand where needed.
